PROC_ICE_X_SET-PEDESTRIAN-WARNING-SPEAKER-CONFIG
This routine is used specifically in Model S with a front permanent magnet drive unit, and the rear Small Drive Unit (SDU) has an electricaloil pump. This routine configures the rear oil pump after installation. ONLY the rear pump is required to be connected, and the oil pump installed into the front drive unit shall remain disconnected, in order for the routine to be run successfully.
PROC_PMS_REAR_WRITE-OPC-TYPE
Exit service mode on Continental air suspension
PROC_EAS_X_FINISH-SERVICE
Levels the Continental Air Suspension to the selected target height. Low = 3, Standard = 4, High = 5, Very High = 6.
PROC_EAS_X_LEVEL-TO-HEIGHT
Alignment routine for new Continental radar installations
PROC_RADC_X_SERVICE-RADAR-ALIGNMENT-V2
Calibrates the ride height of the Continental Air Suspension.
PROC_EAS_X_CALIBRATE-RIDE-HEIGHT
This routine will perform a Service Drive Alignment for Continental Radars to check vertical calibration. Before starting the routine, make sure Gateway is unlocked and Drive-rail is turned on. Follow on screen instructions.
PROC_RADC_X_CONTINENTAL-SERVICE-DRIVE-ALIGNMENT
Starts the Thermal Fluid Fill and Thermal Fluid Drain procedures. Returns result when routine is started, but runs for up to 50 minutes.
PROC_VCFRONT2_X_START-THERMAL-FILL-DRAIN-COOLANT
Starts the Coolant Purge Routine by running all pumps at maximum speed and changing valve positions. The routine will run for several minutes and will return a PASS if the routine started successfully. Vehicle must be in PARK gear and gateway unlocked.
TEST_VCFRONT2_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-AIR-PURGE-START
Powers the accessory rail and runs HVAC pumps at maximum speed, changing valve positions. Estimated time to complete is 10 minutes. Make sure the gateway remains unlocked for at least 12 minutes (720 seconds). To exit the routine early, run this routine again with STOP as the input. The controller will continue to run coolant air purge until it is completed or is requested to stop.
TEST_VCFRONT_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-AIR-PURGE
Starts the Coolant Purge Routine by running all pumps at maximum speed and changing valve positions. The routine will run for several minutes and will return a PASS if the routine started successfully. Vehicle must be in PARK gear and gateway unlocked.
TEST_VCFRONT_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-AIR-PURGE-START
Powers the accessory rail and runs HVAC pumps at maximum speed, changing the valve positions. Estimated time to complete is 20 minutes. To exit the routine early, run this routine again with STOP as the input.
PROC_THC_X_COOLANT-AIR-PURGE
Stops the Coolant Purge Routine and returns.
TEST_VCFRONT2_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-AIR-PURGE-STOP
Stops the Coolant Purge Routine and returns.
TEST_VCFRONT_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-AIR-PURGE-STOP
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the coolant fluid level sensor controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT2).
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT2_X_COOLANT-FLUID-LEVEL
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the coolant fluid level sensor controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT).
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_COOLANT-FLUID-LEVEL
Identifies Coolant Pumps and returns the result after the routine finishes. The pump will only be identified if the routine completes successfully.
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_COOLANT-PUMPS-IDENTIFICATION
Model 3 Non-heat-pump ONLY - Starts the Thermal Coolant Valve Flow Test. The routine will run for up to 5 minutes
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-VALVE-FLOW
The self-test checks coolant valve (either the five-way valve or the octovalve) and calibrates the actuator controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT2) ECU.
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT2_X_FIVE-WAY-VALVE
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the collant valve controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT2).
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT2_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-VALVE
The self-test checks coolant valve (either the five-way valve or the octovalve) and calibrates the actuator controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT) ECU.
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_FIVE-WAY-VALVE
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the collant valve controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT).
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-VALVE
Tests communication with the Charge Port (CP) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
PING-TP_CP
The test performs a UDS reset of the Charge Port (CP) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
