This routine will force on the BMS HVIL current source.
PROC_BMS_X_FORCE-HVIL-ON
Forces the High Voltage Processor (HVP) High Voltage Interlock Loop (HVIL) current source to be on for the specified duration in seconds. When the routine completes, the HVIL current source is no longer being forced on. To end the routine early, perform a Gateway (GTW) reboot through scroll wheel reset."
PROC_HVP_X_FORCE-HVIL-ON
The force install update procedure immediately runs a staged firmware update on the vehicle.
PROC_ICE_X_FORCE-INSTALL-UPDATE
Re-homes the trunk's cinch actuator in case it becomes un-homed and/or stuck. Multiple executions of the routine may be necessary to fully re-home the cinch actuator. Additionally, it is possible that faulty cinch actuators may be incapable of full re-homing.
PROC_VCRIGHT_TRNK_FORCE-CINCH-REHOME
This routine is used to level headlights according to a LIVE_AX pitch estimate, so that measurements of headlight aim/level can be taken with a gravity-referenced headlight aiming machine (eg, one with a bubble level). Do not use this routine with the wall aiming measurement method.
PROC_VCFRONT_X_TRIGGER-LIVE-AX-HEADLIGHT-LEVELING
Manually trigger a CID updater handshake with the firmware server
PROC_ICE_X_FORCE-ICE-UPDATER-HANDSHAKE
Tests the forward-facing camera glass heater is electrically connected and operating as expected. This routine will perform a 100ms load test and measure current draw.
TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_X_AP-HEATER
The Electronic Stability Program (ESP) Hydraulic Control Unit executes the brake fluid flush and bleed process. Active-circuit wheels are Front-Right (FR) and Rear-Left (RL). Use this routine only during fluid flush or bleed with appropriate brake bleeding equipment. The estimated time to complete is five seconds. The ESP Hydraulic Control Unit will run the high pressure pump and control circuit valves to facilitate a prescheduled brake fluid flush or bleed.

PROC_ESP_FRONT-R-REAR-L_BRAKE-BLEED
Captures RAW images from the APE and runs haze & streak detection using the factory camera check application.
PROC_ICE_X_CAMERA-FISHEYE-CLEANLINESS
Captures RAW images form the APE and runs haze/offgassing detection using the factory camera check application.
PROC_ICE_X_CAMERA-FISHEYE-HAZE
Captures RAW images form the APE and runs streak detection using the factory camera check application.
PROC_ICE_X_CAMERA-FISHEYE-STREAK
Tests main camera connection and performs camera firmware update.
PING-HTTP_DAS_X_MAIN-CAMERA-SCRIPT
Consolidates all of the required ODIN routines after replacing the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT).
PROC_VCFRONT_X_POST-REPLACEMENT-PROCEDURE
Backs up Drive Inverter Front (DIF) application data before replacement.
PROC_DIF_X_STORE-DATA-APP
Backs up Drive Inverter Front (DIF) application data before replacement.
PROC_DIF_X_STORE-DATA-APP
Backs up Drive Inverter Front (DIF) bootloader data before replacement.
PROC_PMF_X_STORE-DATA-BOOT
Calibrates the resolver analog input error, which is required after an inverter swap. Before running this routine, confirm the steering wheel is straight and the drive rail is on. Run this routine while the vehicle is on the lift. After starting the routine, follow these steps to complete inverter replacement: 1. Shift into Drive within 10 seconds of starting the routine, and firmly press the accelerator pedal. 2. Keep the accelerator pedal pressed until the motor starts slowing down on its own. 3. Press the brake and shift into Park after the speedometer reaches 0. Do not press the brake pedal during coast down. Brake softly to cancel the routine.
PROC_DIF_X_RESOLVER-ERROR-LEARN
Calibrates the front driver door handle by actuating the fork to its maximum and minimum positions. If needed, the routine configures the door handle controller to learn its location.
PROC_DHFD_FRONT-DRV_DOOR-HANDLE-CALIBRATION
Tests the connectivity of the front driver seat to the VCSEATD ECU.
TEST-SELF_VCSEATD_FRONT_P2-SEAT
Disables the hard stop for the front driver seat.
PROC_VCSEATD_FRONT-SEAT-DISABLE-HARD-STOP
Tests the connection between the front driver seat controller and the different seat endpoints.
TEST-SELF_VCSEATD_FRONT_SEAT
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the front fog light and side marker lights controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT).
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_FRONT_FOG-SIDE-MARKERS
Tests communication of the Front Left Door RGB light (RGBDOORFL) with Left Vehicle Controller (VCLEFT) over the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) bus.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_RGBDOORFL
Descriptions and input definitions come from Tesla’s 2026 vehicle firmware. This catalog includes tasks covered by Tesware’s current service access. Each task page lists the vehicle and firmware versions in which it was found. The connected vehicle confirms whether a task can run.
