Force trigger headlight leveling

What this task does
This routine is used to level headlights according to a LIVE_AX pitch estimate, so that measurements of headlight aim/level can be taken with a gravity-referenced headlight aiming machine (eg, one with a bubble level). Do not use this routine with the wall aiming measurement method.

Procedure notes
After running this routine, headlight level will be adjusted to a value that is only correct for the particular parking spot where the routine is run. (Note, headlight calibration/aiming data will not be affected). After running this routine, headlight level will be incorrect while driving until the next FUSION pitch estimate (after driving 1km+).
