Reset SOC

This routine resets the HV battery state of charge (SOC) according to the current open circuit voltage (OCV) brick measurements. During normal operation, the BMS derives the estimated SOC from multiple data sources. In the event of a large accumulated error, this routine can reset the calculated SOC based solely on the open circuit brick voltages. Important: - Pack contactors are required to be opened prior to this routine being executed. - This routine should ONLY be executed when the SOC is >90% or <15% and the HV battery has rested (not charging, driving or climate ON) for at least one hour within that SOC range.
