Holds the blower stopped, performs high frequency voltage injection, detects blower type, and sets blower type over LIN
PROC_VCLEFT_X_HVAC-BLOWER-IDENTIFICATION
This tests the functionality of the bluetooth and wifi connections.
TEST-BASH_CID_X_BT-WIFI-TEST
Tests and reports Bluetooth (BT) and Wi-Fi antenna connections.
PING-BASH_BT-WIFI
Runs the in-vehicle Bluetooth Discovery self test
TEST-BASH_BT-DISCOVERY
Runs Bluetooth discovery and returns the IDs of found devices.
TEST-BASH_BT-DISCOVERY
This check succeeds if the gateway reports that the bmp watchog is enabled.
TEST_GTW_BMP-WATCHDOG-ENABLED
Clears the Battery Management System (BMS) isolation counters, which clears BMS_w/f027_SW_Drive_Iso_Repeated and BMS_w/f172_SW_Drive_Iso_Warning alerts. Execute this routine after repairing any isolation issue on the vehicle's High Voltage (HV) system. The BMS isolation counters latch the alerts BMS_w/f027 and BMS_w/f172 when reaching a specific count threshold.
PROC_BMS_X_CLEAR-ISOLATION-ALERT-COUNTERS
This routine will test if the Battery Management System (BMS) is communicating over CAN to the Gateway.
PING-TP_BMS
This routine creates a backup copy of data from the Battery Management System (BMS) ECU and saves it onto the car computer. The backup data is needed when performing a BMS ECU Restore.
PROC_BMS_X_ECU-REPLACEMENT-BACKUP
This routine writes the most recently saved Battery Management System (BMS) ECU backup data on the car computer to the newly installed BMS. See Toolbox Article 6988500 for more specific details. Requirements: - New compatible BMS is installed - CAN Redeploy successfully completed to allow GTW unlock procedure - First responder loop disconnected (pack contactors open) - LV battery supported by a LV maintainer
PROC_BMS_X_ECU-REPLACEMENT-RESTORE
Resets the Battery Management System (BMS). The first responder loop must be disconnected and the Low Voltage (LV) battery must be connected to a float charger.
PROC_BMS_X_ECU-RESET
Check boot status of the VCFRONT
PROC_VCFRONT_X_BOOT-STATUS
Calibrates Bosch Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) by flashing the Electronic Control Unit (ECU), resetting steering soft lock stops, and angle compensation.
PROC_EPAS_X_CALIBRATION
This Routine is checking the calibration of the BOSCH Forward Facing Radar. The vehicle needs to be driven on a straight road with a minimum speed of 30mph/50kph. The progress bar will show current progress and will update depending on the road/drive conditions. Reasons for not updating are: Speed might be too low/high or the steering wheel is not straight enough. When the vehicle is put into park when the routine is not completed, this will ABORT the routine.
PROC_RADC_X_BOSCH-SERVICE-DRIVE-ALIGNMENT
This self test checks the cabin thermistor functionality controlled by the Right Vehicle Controller (VCRIGHT).

The second row pitch calibration sets the soft end stops for the seat's pitch hall sensor. In General Assembly, all seats should arrive pre-calibrated to end of line testing. This particular routine will first check for a valid calibration and pass if it is present. If it is not pre-calibrated, the seat will pitch backwards until the seat latches. Once the latch is detected, the seat will pitch forward until reaching a stall current at the latch, and then back off to a home position (zero position). If the seat does not latch within 2 seconds during the first step, or encounters an obstacle while approaching the home position, the routine will fail. If the seat is pitched too far forward at the start of the routine, the calibration will fail on the first attempt.
PROC_BCS2C_R2-C_CALIBRATE-S2C-PITCH
The second row track calibration sets the soft end stops for the track. There is a hall sensor mounted to the track, which in combination with a 100mm metal shunt in the rearward end of travel is used to determine whether the seat is in the comfort zone. When the calibration is run, if the seat is forward of the shunt (forward 220mm of travel), the seat will move rearward until the hall sensor reaches the edge of the shunt. If the seat is in the comfort zone, the seat will move forward until the hall sensor reaches the edge of the shunt. Make sure seat install mode is turned OFF before calibrating.

PROC_BCS2L_R2-L_CALIBRATE-S2L-PITCH
Calibrates the pitch motor of the second row left seat.
