PDM Pektron VIN Learn

This routine performs the VIN Learn, and side configuration learn for Pektron door module. This is necessary to ensure the passenger door controller (PDM) recognizes the correct vehicle configuration. Test will always report as passed to MES due to unreliability of the routine. Routine is necessary after any configuration changes that affect the PDM module.
