Alert description
The vehicle controller detects the chiller pump motor is experiencing a condition that is preventing the motor from running as expected.

Powertrain performance may be limited.
Set condition
For at least 10.5 seconds, the chiller pump motor's RPM feedback is less than 800 RPM, or the chiller pump motor is intermittently or continually given a non-zero flow request.
Clear condition
The feedback RPM for the chiller pump motor is consistently greater than 800 RPM for at least 5.5 seconds.
