IDB_a140 — PM brake Pedal Cmd QF Invalid

Full alert identifier: IDB_a140_PMbrakePedalCmdQFInvalid

Alert description

Invalid Pedal Monitor (PM) full torque request signal is received.

Potential impact

The IDB may internally generate and actuate brake torque requests as a function of brake pedal stroke, and actuate External Brake Requests (EBR) in response to DI_brakeTorqueCommand instead of DI_brakeTorqueCommandFull.

Set condition

The IDB receives the PM_brakePedalCmdQF CAN signal as BRAKE_COMMAND_INVALID, or the PM_locState CAN message has a checksum, counter, or message length error.

Clear condition

Clears when the Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) receives a valid value for the PM_brakePedalCmdQF Controller Area Network (CAN) signal after the IDB has been power cycled.
