Change leveling system to Virtual Pitch Sensor

Convert vehicles that use ride height sensors to Virtual Pitch Sensor (VPS). VPS will be used to determine the vehicle pitch and the ride height sensors will be disabled.

PROC_ICE_X_SET-VIRTUAL-PITCH-SENSOR

Model 3 / Y
Communication checks

Charge Port Connection Test

Tests communication with the Charge Port (CP) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).

PING-TP_CP

Model 3 / Y Model S / X (2021+)
Service procedures

Charge Port Door Calibration

Calibrates the charge port doors. The gateway must be unlocked. Cycling the charge port door improves calibration results.

PROC_CP_X_DOOR-SENSOR-CALIBRATION

Model S / X (legacy)
Self-tests

Charge Port EVSE Sensing Test

Tests charge port Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) sensing.

TEST-SELF_CP_X_EVSE-SENSING

Model 3 / Y Model S / X (2021+)
Self-tests

Charge Port HV Harness Test

Performs a High Voltage (HV) harness test.

TEST-SELF_CP_X_HV_HARNESS

Model 3 / Y Model S / X (2021+)
Self-tests

Charge Port Interlock Loop (CPIL) Self Test

This routine tests the Charge Port Interlock Loop (CPIL) is working properly, ensuring the charge port HV connection at the HV battery is made.

TEST-SELF_HVP_X_CP-INTERLOCK

Model 3 / Y
Service procedures

Charge Port Latch Calibration

Execute the routine with the charge port closed. Calibrates the charge port latch sensor offset by comparing the current read value with a saved offset. During calibration, the latch should be in the idle position with no cables present.

PROC_CP_X_LATCH-CALIBRATION

Model S / X (legacy)
Self-tests

Charge Port UHF Test

Charge port UHF (ultra-high frequency) antenna test. For 2021+ Model S/X this ODIN routine should only be used prior 1 FEB 2022 build date.

Charger Configuration Status

Displays information about connected chargers and if they are configured as Master or Slave. Designed to be used together with PROC_CHG_X_CHARGER-CONFIG-SET-MASTER and PROC_CHG_X_CHARGER-CONFIG-SET-SLAVE to configure new or replaced chargers. When working on the chargers connect the car to 12V support. Disconnecting the chargers will run power off the 12V battery and the car will become unresponsive quickly. Only one charger can be connected at a time for the configuration. Before reading status or performing any configuration; --Enter service mode and perform GTW unlock procedure. If adding a second charger ; --Set the current charger as Slave and disconnect it. --Connect the new charger and configure it as Master --Connect both chargers and make sure they are being detected --Run Status script again to read Out the 'Charger types'. Write Charger type to GTW using the infotainment dashboard in Tbx3. If replacing a single charger ; --Connect new charger in place of old one. --New charger should be set as Master, no configuration needed. --Run Status script to read Out the 'Charger type'. Write Charger type to GTW using the infotainment dashboard in Tbx3. Important Note ! --In a dual charger configuration, the charger behind the driver seat has to be set as Slave and the Master is positioned behind the passenger. --New charger are by default configured as Master
