A large energy buffer results in an inaccurate battery State of Charge (SOC) estimation causing a poor range estimate.
Set condition
The BMS energy buffer is greater than the acceptable threshold.
Clear condition
The BMS energy buffer is within the acceptable threshold. The buffer can be reduced by charging the vehicle to 100%.
