The Battery Management System (BMS) has detected that the shunt is unavailable (SNA).
Potential impact
Inability to charge, drive, or support the Low Voltage (LV) system
Set condition
The BMS does not receive consecutive current readings from the high voltage processor (HVP).
Clear condition
The BMS receives all of the expected messages from the HVP.

With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of BMS_a127.
