Alert description
One or more of the messages the Tesla Adaptive Suspension (TAS) module receives periodically from the Vehicle Gateway (GTW) are not being received by the ECU.
Potential impact
Adaptive suspension functionality may be reduced. Adaptive suspension may not be able to recover from corrected faults.
Set condition
One or more of the expected messages from GTW is not received. Messages may be missing, are not received at the expected rate, or have an invalid checksum / counter.
Clear condition
TAS starts receiving the expected messages from GTW.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of TAS_a103.
