Potential impact
The IDB may not dynamically adjust brake distribution. The vehicle should be driven with extreme caution.
Set condition
The IDB detects a condition that precludes EBD function. This alert may be accompanied by causal hardware alerts (for example, MicroController Unit [MCU], ASIC, solenoid valve, wheel speed sensor).
Clear condition
Clears when the Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) detects that any conditions precluding EBD function are no longer present while the vehicle is parked.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of IDB_a051.
