This alert is reported by the TemperatureSensorMCUCore_TC3x (TSMC) component when there is a MCU internal failure (temperature sensor or other failure which generates uneven heating of the MCU).

EPAS full loss of assist.

Set condition

EPAS uC core and power supply temperatures exceed tolerated difference.

Clear condition

Perform EPAS ECU power cycle.
