This alert is reported when there is a motor overtemperature. Degradation parameters/estimator shall be checked, if those are correct, HW failure.

EPAS full loss of assist.
Set condition
EPAS application diagnostics detected overtemperature (motor actuator).
Clear condition
If the temperature is below the overtemp threshold, and its qualifier is RELIABLE for long enough.
