EPAS ECU side loses assist calculation capability (the operation mode on the current ECU side is 'EPAS' and the current ECU side is not capable of assist torque calculation).

Clear condition

The operation mode on the current ECU side is not 'EPAS' or the current ECU side is capable of assist torque calculation.
