This alert is reported by the SBCStartupCauseProvider_A8140x (SBCSCP) component in case of MCU I/O power supply (VDD_IO) monitor by SBC and under/over voltage on the second charge pump. Against power supply faults of the main microcontroller.

EPAS full loss of assist.
Set condition
Under or over voltage on 5V MCU and VCP2 supplies.
Clear condition
EPAS power cycle and normal voltage on 5V MCU and VCP2 supplies.
