This alert is reported by the SteeringColumnTorqueProvider_R12 (SCTP) component when 2+ TSU sensor failure. QualityofService of the provided torque is other than NOMINAL_FAULT_TOLERANT and QOS_TRQ_NOMINAL for at least 400 ms.

EPAS full loss of assist.
Set condition
EPAS application steering torque diagnostics detected failure (two or more TSU sensor failure).
Clear condition
QualityofService of the provided torque is NOMINAL_FAULT_TOLERANT or QOS_TRQ_NOMINAL.
