The Right Vehicle Controller (VCRIGHT) detects that the emergency response cutloop has been disconnected.
Potential impact
High voltage (HV) battery pack contactors cannot close. Vehicle is unable to drive or charge, and low voltage (LV) electrical system relies solely on LV battery for support.

Emergency response cutloop has been disconnected.
Clear condition
Emergency response cutloop is connected.
