Alert description

The Right Vehicle Controller (VCRIGHT) detects an open circuit condition at the Rear Vehicle Controller (VCREAR).

Potential impact

VCREAR and VCRIGHT may be electrically disconnected. Investigate harness and connections.

Set condition

There is no significant current detected for 5s continuously between VCRIGHT to VCREAR while VCRIGHT expects the PCS to be providing power.

Clear condition

Rear controller open circuit detect protection resets if the Power Conversion System (PCS) is no longer supporting or if significant current between VCRIGHT and VCREAR is observed continuously for 5s.
