The thermal fan will not run. HVAC cabin cooling (air conditioning) and powertrain performance may be limited. A reset will occur to attempt to clear the fault.
Set condition
A non-zero brushless motor RPM below the RPM target is not increasing for some time.
Clear condition
Pump resumes running normally at RPM target.
