The charge port (CP) electronic control unit (ECU) is not able to regulate the inlet heater.

The CP inlet heater does not work.

The CP ECU detects a steady state error of the inlet heater temperature, indicating a failure to regulate it.
Clear condition
The CP ECU detects a state change, or it detects that it is able to properly regulate the inlet heater.
