PROC_ICE_X_ICE-PROC-STATUS
Tests if the rear center seatbelt buckle sensor is electrically connected and can detect the seatbelt latching state by measuring current draw when powered.
TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_REAR-C_SEATBELT-BUCKLE
Tests if the rear right seatbelt buckle sensor is electrically connected and can detect the seatbelt latching state by measuring current draw when powered.
TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_REAR-R_SEATBELT-BUCKLE
Tests if the rear right seatbelt buckle sensor is electrically connected and can detect the seatbelt latching state by measuring current draw when powered.
TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_REAR-R_SEATBELT-BUCKLE-HYDROXIDE
Tests if the right-hand drive (RHD) driver seat occupancy sensor is electrically connected and can detect seat occupancy by performing endpoint tests.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_DRV_RHD-SEAT-OCCUPANCY-SENSOR
Checks whether the right turn signal indicator light is on and functioning as expected. This routine monitors CAN to confirm whether the indicator light is turned on.
PROC_VCFRONT_R_SIGNAL-LIGHT-RIGHT
The test allows the Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) ECU to learn the steering wheel angle for proper installation.
TEST_SCCM_X_STEERING-WHEEL-ANGLE
Check Tesla Air Suspension (TAS) Electronic Control Unit (ECU) mode.
PROC_TAS_X_CHECK-RUN-MODE
Check the telephony microphone functionality
TEST_TELEPHONY-MICS_X_FUNCTIONAL-CHECK
Do a check on the accelerometers that are located in each wheel well
TEST_ANC-ACCEL_X_FUNCTIONAL-CHECK
Test for checking the quality of all the speakers on the vehicle
TEST_SPEAKERS-INFOZ_X_FUNCTIONAL-CHECK
The test reads the /var filesystem superblock to display information like available inodes and memory blocks. The most helpful result is the 'Free Inodes' line which should show a number over 10,000.
TEST-BASH_ICE_X_READ-VAR-PARAMS
Tests communication with the Supercharger (CHGPH1) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
PING-TP_CHGPH1
Tests communication with the Supercharger (CHGPH2) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
PING-TP_CHGPH2
Tests communication with the Supercharger (CHGPH3) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
PING-TP_CHGPH3
Tests communication with the CHGVI Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
PING-TP_CHGVI
This routine will raise Model S and X vehicles to the standard ride height setting while they are on the line by commanding the setting on the MCU. Leveling is not a test. It is merely a routine to raise the vehicle to a more ergonomic position for quality checks.
PROC_CID_X_LEVELING-STANDARD
This routine will raise Model S and X vehicles to the highest ride height setting while they are on the line by commanding the setting on the MCU. Leveling is not a test. It is merely a routine to raise the vehicle to a more ergonomic position for quality checks.
PROC_CID_X_LEVELING-VHIGH
This is an automated test to ensure the lower cladding modules in the falcon wing door are plugged in and reading valid data from the capacitive sensing circuits. This test must be run while the door is stationary and ran at least 5 seconds after the door has stopped moving. The test will not validate whether the sensors will properly detect objects or not.
PROC_BCFALCD_FALCON-DRV_CLADDING-AUTOMATED-FALCD

PROC_BCFALCP_FALCON-PASS_CLADDING-AUTOMATED-FALCP
Clears alignment drift detected alert and disables alert for 2000km.
PROC_DIR_X_CLEAR-ALIGNMENT-DRIFT-DETECTED-ALERT
Restore power for ALL components on ALL managing ECUs by clearing all active power-off requests. Normal power management resumes for all feeds.
PROC_VC_X_CLEAR-ALL-POWER-OFF-REQUESTS
Clears Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) in the Brake Control Unit(s) (BCU) and checks whether BCU DTCs set again.
TEST-DTC_BCU
This routine will clear the BMS brick substitution bit and return the BMS to normal operation. This routine shall ONLY be executed after installing a new/remanufactured HV battery or on rare occasion when instructed to do so by engineering. See Toolbox Article 550300 for more information.
