TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-VALVE-FLOW
The self-test checks coolant valve (either the five-way valve or the octovalve) and calibrates the actuator controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT2) ECU.
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT2_X_FIVE-WAY-VALVE
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the collant valve controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT2).
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT2_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-VALVE
The self-test checks coolant valve (either the five-way valve or the octovalve) and calibrates the actuator controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT) ECU.
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_FIVE-WAY-VALVE
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the collant valve controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT).
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_THERMAL-COOLANT-VALVE
Tests connection of damper valve to the Tesla Air Suspension (TAS) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
TEST-SELF_TAS_X_DAMPER-VALVE-CONNECTION
Tests connection of damper valve to the Tesla Air Suspension (TAS) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
TEST-SELF_TAS_X_DAMPER-VALVE-CONNECTION
Tests communication of the front left and right Instrument Panel RGB lights (RGBIP) with Left Vehicle Controller (VCLEFT) over the Local Interconnect Network (LIN) bus.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_RGBIP
Test the functionality of the center display tilt mechanism actuators. Display will tilt left and right during the test.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_X_DISPLAY-ACTUATORS
ALWAYS RUN AFTER BLEED! Used to check for air or leakage in the DPB
TEST-SELF_DPB_LEAKAGE-AND-AIR-MONITORING
This will test the DPB connection to the ESP as well as potential leakage air in the system
TEST-SELF_DPB_AIR-AND-LEAKAGE
Validates all 4 brake lines by measuring DPB plunger stroke values and validating that none are blocked, have air or leakage
TEST-SELF_BRAKE_X_DPB-ESP-SYSTEM-CHECK
Applies pressure to each individual corner in turn to compare the output values and validate the brakes. If executing with DIAG_LINK_ACTIVE then EPBs will release one at a time, which is required if CHECK_SWAPPED_REAR_LINES is true.
TEST-SELF_BRAKE_X_DPB-ESP-CORNER-STIFFNESS-TEST
Applies pressure to each individual corner in turn to compare the output values and validate the brakes. If executing with DIAG_LINK_ACTIVE then EPBs will release one at a time, which is required if CHECK_SWAPPED_REAR_LINES is true.
TEST-SELF_BRAKE_X_DPB-ESP-CHECK-REAR-CROSSED-LINES
DPB Tandem Master Cylinder test. Do not press for the predaly before the test starts. A small "click" can be heard once the pedal is ready to be pressed.
TEST-SELF_DPB_TMC-BRAKE-PEDAL-PRESS
Selftest to perform the DPB Valve Comfort Pulse calibration
TEST-SELF_DPB_VALVE-COMFORT-PULSE-CALIBRATION
Tests communication of the Front Drive Inverter and Pedal Monitor (PMF) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
TEST-SELF_PMF_X_CAN-COMMS
Tests communication of the Right Drive Inverter and Pedal Monitor (PMR) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
TEST-SELF_PMR_X_CAN-COMMS
Tests the ultrasonic sensor of the driver side Falcon roof to ensure it is functioning correctly when no obstacle is present.
TEST-SELF_BCFALCD_DRV_USS-ROOF-WITHOUT-OBSTACLE
Tests the ultrasonic sensor of the driver side Falcon door to ensure it is functioning correctly when no obstacle is present.
TEST-SELF_BCFALCD_DRV_USS-DOOR-WITHOUT-OBSTACLE
Calibrates the left front door actuator brake by opening the door and slightly moving the door 5 times in both the open and close directions.
TEST-SELF_BCFDM_FRONT-DRV_PFD-ACTUATOR-CAL-V2
Tests the connectivity of the driver seat (LHD) occupancy sensor to the left vehicle controller (VCLEFT) ECU.
TEST-SELF_VCLEFT_DRV_LHD-SEAT-OCCUPANCY-SENSOR
Tests for power, connection, and communication of the evaporator thermal expansion valve (TXV) controlled by the Front Vehicle Controller (VCFRONT).
TEST-SELF_VCFRONT_X_EVAP-SOLENOID
Routine will fail if car is DC charging or battery SOC is below 20 percent. Recommend to run test with battery SOC above 40 percent.
