Clear DPB DTCs
The procedure clears Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) in the decoupled pedal brake (DPB) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
PROC_DPB_X_CLEAR-DTCS
Gen3/tasks/TEST-SELF_DPB_TMC-BRAKE-PEDAL-PRESS
DPB Tandem Master Cylinder test. Do not press for the predaly before the test starts. A small "click" can be heard once the pedal is ready to be pressed.
Open a version to see its description, requirements, and input definitions. Hardware configuration and live vehicle checks also determine availability.
TEST_OPTION · String
Part of the circuit to perform the test on
Firmware default: TMC_TEST_WITHOUT_PFS
Options: TMC_TEST_WITHOUT_PFS, TMC_TEST_POST_BLEED_WITH_PFS
PLUNGER_STROKE_LIMITS · List
Stroke limits threshold to ensure that there is no air in the system (in the form [Min, Max])
Firmware default: Not specified
F_DEVIATION · Float
Factor which defines the acceptable deviation between the actual and nominal PFS curve (default value is recommended by supplier)
Firmware default: Not specified
IDLE_WAITING_TIME_SEC · Int
DPB routine will be trigger within the IDLE_WAITING_TIME_SEC if driver presents but brake pedal is not pressed
Firmware default: 0
ENFORCE_DRIVER_PRESENCE · Bool
DPB routine will wait for driver present signal in addition to pedal not pressed for execution
Firmware default: false
The procedure clears Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) in the decoupled pedal brake (DPB) Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
PROC_DPB_X_CLEAR-DTCS
Tests communication with the Decoupled Pedal Brake (DPB) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
PING-TP_DPB
ALWAYS RUN AFTER BLEED! Used to check for air or leakage in the DPB
TEST-SELF_DPB_LEAKAGE-AND-AIR-MONITORING
This will test the DPB connection to the ESP as well as potential leakage air in the system
