This routine passes the user's ODIN token to the vehicle and the token will be used when performing actions in vehicle via the touchscreen.
Returns the current status of the ODIN token on the vehicle if present, or deletes the ODIN token on the vehicle.
The authenticated token will persist on the vehicle until it is deleted via this task, the user logs out via the touch screen, Service Mode is exited, or it expires after 24 hours.

This routine starts or stops discharging the HV Battery. When START is selected, the vehicle will produce waste heat by turning on the climate control system, setting the temperature to HI, and activating Keep Climate On mode.
The vehicle will automatically exit the discharge state when the charge level reaches 20%, the STOP operation is selected, or if the climate control system is turned off manually.

This routine performs the VIN Learn, and side configuration learn for Pektron door module. This is necessary to ensure the sunroof controller (SUN) recognizes the correct vehicle configuration.
