Restores the Drive Inverter Rear Right (DIRER) bootloader data from the most recent backup on the car computer and configures the Usage ID after a DIRER replacement. Run this routine only after a new compatible drive inverter is installed. After successfully completing, this procedure fails if run multiple times.

Tests communication with the Propulsion Monitor Rear Right (PMRER) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Communication is established via Unified Diagnostics Services (UDS) over the Controller Area Network (CAN).
