Restores the Drive Inverter Rear Right (DIRER) bootloader data from the most recent backup on the car computer and configures the Usage ID after a DIRER replacement. Run this routine only after a new compatible drive inverter is installed. After successfully completing, this procedure fails if run multiple times.
