Set condition
Voltage is above 8V for 200ms on at least one of the following device outputs while none of them are being driven: right mirror fold and tilt, right windows, and HVAC actuators
Clear condition
10 seconds after the alert sets. There is a maximum of 3 retries before loads are disabled until an ECU reset
