Alert description

The chassis type configuration value reported by the vehicle gateway (GTW) does not match the chassis type type supported by the firmware version running on the Tesla Air Suspension (TAS) electronic control unit (ECU).

Potential impact

Adaptive damping controls are unavailable. All dampers receive a fixed mid-level current instead.

Set condition

The TAS ECU detects a mismatch between the chassis type supported by its firmware and the chassis type reported by the GTW.

Clear condition

The chassis type reported by the GTW matches the chassis type supported by the TAS ECU firmware
