Potential impact
Other BMB voltage signals will be substituted given that voltage sensing is unreliable
Set condition
Any BMB has a difference between the stack voltage and the sum of its brick voltages that has deviated outside the in-bounds threshold
Clear condition
All BMB stack voltages are within the in-bounds threshold of the sum of their brick voltages
