Alert description
The vehicle is unable to begin GB (China) DC fast charging because the temperature difference (delta) between the positive pin and the negative pin is higher than expected.

Maximum DC charging rate is reduced.
Set condition
The FC ECU detects that the temperature delta between the positive and negative pins exceeds the upper bound.
Clear condition
The fast charge (FC) electronic control unit (ECU) detects that the temperature delta between the positive and negative pins is within expected bounds.
