Alert description

The Electronic Stability Program (ESP) detects that the brake pressure is too low for the given brake pedal stroke, causing the Hydraulic Brake Boost (HBB) to be activated.

Potential impact

Braking performance may be reduced. The ESP pump may be activated to increase the brake pressure.

Set condition

The HBB is activated because the brake pressure is too low for a given brake pedal stroke.

Clear condition

The HBB is no longer active.
