Alert description

The Electronic Stability Program (ESP) determines that an emergency stop may be required, causing the Hydraulic Brake Assist (HBA) to be activated. The ESP may also increase the brake pressure by running the ESP pump.

Potential impact

The ESP may increase the brake pressure.

Set condition

The HBA is activated as the operating speed of the brake pedal exceeds the maximum threshold.

Clear condition

The HBA is no longer active.
