The charge port (CP) electronic control unit detects that it unexpectedly does not have permission to use high power from the low voltage (LV) bus.
Potential impact
The CP latch, door, and inlet heater do not behave as expected.

The CP ECU detects that it does not have permission to use high power from the LV bus.
Clear condition
The CP ECU detects that it has permission to use high power from the LV bus.
