Alert description

The charge port (CP) door is closed but the CP electronic control unit (ECU) still senses pilot voltage and/or proximity voltage in an unexpected range.

Potential impact

The CP door may not operate as designed.

Set condition

The CP ECU detects that the CP door is closed, and that there is proximity voltage or pilot voltage in an unexpected range.

Clear condition

The CP ECU detects that the CP door is closed, detects proximity voltage in the expected range, and does not detect pilot voltage.
