Set condition
For at least 10.5 seconds, the battery pump motor's RPM feedback is less than 800 RPM, or the battery pump motor is intermittently or continually given a non-zero flow request.
Clear condition
The feedback RPM for the battery pump motor is consistently greater than 800 RPM for at least 5.5 seconds.
