Set condition
Telematics Control Unit (TCU) Recovery Nand reported signature does not match the stored deploy signature.
Clear condition
Telematics Control Unit (TCU) receives a successful firmware update on Recovery Nand to match the vehicle firmware version and the vehicle's configured config country.
