Alert description
Wheel speeds message counter is incorrect.
Potential impact
There may be an issue with the transmitting Electronic Control Unit (ECU), the IDB, or CAN bus.
Set condition
ESP_wheelSpeeds CAN message is received from the IDB with incorrectly incrementing counter for longer than 100 milliseconds.
Clear condition
Clears when ESP_wheelSpeeds Controller Area Network (CAN) message is received from the Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) with correctly incrementing counter for 100 milliseconds.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of RCU_a052.
