The IDB will not provide brake boost, and the driver must press the brake firmly to stop the vehicle. Antilock brake system (ABS), vehicle dynamics control (VDC), and traction control may be unavailable.
Set condition
The IDB hydraulic pump is unable to generate brake pressure.
Clear condition
Clears when the IDB hydraulic pump automatic self-tests pass, indicating the availability to generate brake pressure.
