Alert description
Invalid lateral accel signal or qualifier (QF) is received.
Potential impact
There may be an issue with the transmitting Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
Set condition
The Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) receives the RCM_lateralAccel CAN signal as Signal Not Available (SNA) or the RCM_lateralAccelQF CAN signal as FAULTED for longer than 1000 milliseconds, or the RCM_inertial2 CAN message has a checksum, counter, or message length error.
Clear condition
Clears when RCM_lateralAccel and RCM_lateralAccelQF Controller Area Network (CAN) signals are received as valid for 1000 milliseconds.

With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of IDB_a113.
