Set condition

VCFRONT_LVPowerState is not received for longer than 500 milliseconds or VCFRONT_LVPowerState is received with incorrect data length for longer than 500 milliseconds.

Clear condition

Clears when VCFRONT_LVPowerState Controller Area Network (CAN) message is received with correct data length for 500 milliseconds.
