Alert description
DIF torque message DIF_torque checksum is incorrect.
Potential impact
The Integrated Dynamic Brake (IDB) may not generate brake torque requested by DI_brakeTorqueCommandFull and instead generate brake torque requested by DI_brakeTorqueCommand. There may be an issue with the transmitting Electronic Control Unit (ECU) or CAN bus.
Set condition
DIF_torque is received with incorrect CRC for longer than 100 milliseconds.
Clear condition
Clears when DIF_torque Controller Area Network (CAN) message is received with correct Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) for 100 milliseconds.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of IDB_a067.
