Set condition
The gateway detects it reset unexpectedly due to a reason that is not defined in the gateway software. Alert log signal data should provide more information on the specific condition(s) detected.
Clear condition
Gateway reboots, or the vehicle completes a sleep cycle.
Check other alerts
With Service Mode Plus enabled, open Service Alerts → All. Review the other alerts for clues to the cause of GTW_w410.
