This alert is reported by the MCUSafetyStartupChecks_TC3x (MCUSSC) component when there is a MCU internal failure (The Safety FlipFlop Monitoring tests failed for at least one of the MTU or SMU instances).

Set condition
EPAS microcontroller internal safety monitoring (SafetyFF at MTU,SMU) reported failure at startup.
Clear condition
Perform EPAS ECU power cycle.
