Alert description
This alert is reported by the FdrDetectionManager_R12 (FDR) component when a low severity blocking due to freezing is detected at low vehicle speed. If the vehicle speed goes higher it can lead to a FDR_OCL_PARTIAL_BLOCKING alert.

EPAS application diagnostics detected water freezing temperature problem at low speed causing partial blocking.
Clear condition
EPAS power cycle or AMCU_FDR_OCL_PARTIAL_BLOCKING/AMCU_FDR_OCL_FREEZING alert reported.
