This alert is reported by the Output Control Logic (OCL) of the FdrDetectionManager_R12 (FDR) component when the necessary signals for freezing and retention detection are not available.

EPAS application diagnostics detected freezing temperature problem (missing sensor signals - MotorAngle/MotorAngleSpeed).
Clear condition
Inputs become valid again. (MotorAngle/MotorAngleSpeed signal diagflags are not indicating error anymore.
