This alert is reported by the TemperatureDiagnostics_Actuator_R12 (TDA) component when there is a DC Bus shunt temperature higher than limit or not available

Set condition
EPAS application actuator temperature diagnostics detected overtemperature (DC bus shunt).
Clear condition
If the temperature is below the overtemp threshold, and its qualifier is RELIABLE for long enough.
