Driverless (TAKEOVER) operation is inhibited.

Set condition

The EPAS ECU denies entry into DRIVERLESS_TAKEOVER mode because one or more entry preconditions are not met.

Clear condition

The Electronic Power Assist Steering (EPAS) ECU enters DRIVERLESS_TAKEOVER mode with all entry preconditions met, or Autopilot cancels the DRIVERLESS_TAKEOVER entry command.
