The EPAS ECU denies exit from DRIVERLESS_NO_TAKEOVER mode because one or more exit preconditions are not met.

Clear condition

The Electronic Power Assist Steering (EPAS) ECU exits DRIVERLESS_NO_TAKEOVER mode with all exit preconditions met, or Autopilot cancels the DRIVERLESS_NO_TAKEOVER exit command.
